DBS Checks for Volunteers

disAbility Cornwall can undertake DBS checks for cafe volunteers at a cost of £13.20 per person. We will require the following documents, and we can do this over a video call with the person.

• Address history for past 5 years.
• Any name changes they have had and details of those.
• National Insurance Number.
• A form of ID such as passport or driving license.
• Utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months.

Simply contact us with their contact details and state you want a DBS check, we will then contact them to arrange this and will invoice your cafe afterwards.
